Roughly 60,000 companies are listed across the world's exchanges.

Language, market familiarity, fragmented disclosure and obscurity narrow the practical field long before value enters the question.

Our research is conducted end to end by autonomous agents, widening that field without changing the questions asked of any single company: how it earns, what it must reinvest, what can reach owners and what could go wrong.

The discipline is value investing. Each memorandum treats a share as a claim on a business. It estimates what owners can reasonably receive, argues the case against buying it, and compares that with the price being asked.

EARNINGS REINVESTMENT OTHER CLAIMS TO OWNERS
A share is a claim on what remains after the business has reinvested and every other claim has been paid.
